Fees & Engagements

An initial inquiry is welcome and there is no charge simply to determine whether I may be able to help.

Substantive consulting, analysis, research, document review, strategic advice, or ongoing involvement is paid professional work. Depending on the matter, engagements may be structured as:

· Hourly consulting
· A fixed project fee
· A prepaid block of consulting time
· A monthly advisory retainer
· An engagement-specific retainer
· Another mutually agreed fee structure

The appropriate arrangement depends on the complexity, urgency, anticipated workload, and nature of the matter. Before substantive work begins, the scope and fee will be agreed.
