# Can you connect systems that currently need manual copying?

Often. The first question is which system owns each fact. Connecting two systems without that decision can create a loop in which both overwrite each other. A reliable integration has a clear direction, reconciliation rules, and visible failures.

What a solution might involve

Map records and identifiers, define the source of truth, and use supported APIs or controlled exports. Add duplicate protection, validation, and a reconciliation report. Test updates and deletions as well as initial creation, because ongoing changes usually reveal the difficult cases.

What needs care

An integration may be limited by vendor permissions, rate limits, contracts, or missing APIs. Screen scraping is not automatically a durable substitute. When two records disagree, the system needs an explicit resolution rule rather than choosing the last write by accident.

How we would judge whether it works

Representative records move correctly, duplicates are prevented, and a failed transfer can be retried safely. Operators can identify unsynchronized items and understand how corrections propagate without inspecting application code.

Likely engagement

Business Engine: $5,000 to $15,000. This is a likely starting tier, not a quote. Scope, access, dependencies, and responsibility for operation need agreement first.

Discuss Business EngineWhat to send first

Name the systems, show a redacted record in each, and say which system should win when they disagree.

Send me the messy version.

Experience and scope

Selected builds documents the currently authorized public proof. This page describes a proposed approach, not a claim of a completed client engagement in this exact workflow.
