You do not need a specification.

Start with what you have

An idea or screenshot.

An existing website or email thread.

A spreadsheet or manual workflow.

A process that is not working.

A feature somebody said requires custom development.

A problem that does not fit neatly into anyone's job description.

Describe sensitive material before sending it. We can agree a suitable channel for documents afterward.

AI is leverage. Judgment is the multiplier.

Opening an AI tool is not the same as solving a business problem. The work is deciding what information matters, what can safely be automated, where a person must remain in control, and whether the result actually helps someone do their job.

I am actively helping owners, founders, companies and organizations turn difficult problems into working systems, workflows, products and decisions. The subject changes. The method does not.
